|Dr. Nagaraju Konda has completed his undergraduate studies with distinction and Gold Medal from Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University Medical College, School of Optometry, Pune. He has completed his Fellowship in Clinical Optometry from L V Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad, and Diploma in Teaching Higher Education from Singapore Polytechnic, Singapore. He later completed PhD and postdoctoral fellowship under guidance of Prof Mark Willcox at University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. He has worked in the areas contact lenses, corneal inflammation and antimicrobial contact lenses. He was awarded prestigious Australian Government’s Endeavour International Postgraduate Research Scholarship (EIPRS) award from Government of Australia and an Optometry and Vision Science Top-up Scholarship from the University of New South Wales for his Doctoral Degree. He won the grand prize for his photograph entry to the American Academy of Optometry, Phoenix, USA, 2012. He is the recipient of several scholarships and travel grants to make presentations at national and international conferences. He has published his work in several international scientific journals in the area of contact lenses and ocular inflammation. Dr. Konda was Manager and project lead for ophthalmic medical devices prototyping and testing at Brien Holden Vision India and Srujana Center for Innovation, L V Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad. Dr. Konda was the mentor for The Foldable Phoropter group that won the USD 50000, 2nd place in Clearly Vision prize 2016 U.K. for creating a minimalistic but robust paper device to measure the refractive error of the human eye. In 2017 he mentored another group of budding engineers to facilitate 3D imaging of the pre-ocular tear lipid layer. He is a founding president of Alumni of L V Prasad Eye Institute Optometrists and Treasurer for Australian Alumni Association, Hyderabad Chapter.|

|Dr. Shlomo Schrader received his B.A from Yeshiva University in 1978 and his Doctorate in Optometry from the State University of New York in 1982. He has served as Senior Lecturer and Academic Director in the BarIlan School of Optometry since 1995. He lectures in the field of General Optometry, Contact Lenses, Low Vision, Ocular Pathology and Orthoptics. His research field, Binocular Vision, concentrates on the visual adaptation of Anomalous Retinal Correspondence following surgery to correct strabismus|

|Prof. Uri Polat is a neuroscientist specializing in brain plasticity and cerebral visual processes, and has developed an effective visual simulation technology. Until recently Prof. Polat was the director of the Visual and Clinical Neuroscience Laboratory at the Eye Research Institute at the Sheba Medical Center, Faculty of Medicine, Tel-Aviv University. He received his PhD in Brain Research from the Weizmann Institute of Science. Prof. Polat was also a Fellow and Associate Scientist at the Smith-Kettlewell Eye Research Institute in San-Francisco, CA for several years. His past experience as an optometrist was an instrumental factor in developing his visual treatment methods. Prof. Polat is Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer of GlassesOff, Inc. (a digital platform for restoring near vision), and was the Founder and Chief Scientific Officer of NeuroVision, Inc. He is a member of several international scientific organizations, serves as a reviewer in many scientific journals, and is an Editorial Board Member in Nature’s Scientific Reports|
